Brie Reis – Production, Operations, & Finance

Brie Reis is the CEO of Elite Roofing and Solar, one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in Denver. Under her leadership, the company has earned recognition on the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in both 2018 and 2019. Brie's journey is one of resilience and determination—overcoming obstacles to build a thriving business while inspiring others to do the same.

Brie shares her story to empower women, helping them uncover their own potential. Beyond business, she is a devoted wife and mother to seven children in a blended family. Her passion extends beyond roofing, as she advocates for families navigating step-parenting, adoption, and guardianship.

Kilisha Beasley – Member Success Manager

With over 8 years of experience in the roofing industry, Kilisha Beasley plays a key role in supporting members of The Roofing Academy. Having worked her way up from administration to Production Manager at Elite Roofing, Kilisha brings firsthand industry knowledge and expertise to help businesses succeed.

As our Member Success Manager, Kilisha is dedicated to ensuring smooth onboarding, troubleshooting challenges, and coordinating events that enhance the learning experience. She is also a wife and mother of four, drawing inspiration from her family to continuously grow and uplift those around her. Her passion for helping others makes her an invaluable asset to The Roofing Academy and its members.
